Working to solve the Flash DOOM engine,the first step was DIABLO engine (!?!).
What can you do at this stage:
- walk around the maze
- sword training
- read the book
- open the sarcophag
- watch the nude girl (!)
The "SwapDepths engine" eats a lot of resources.
Required system (to achieve 25 FPS): P4/1.4GHz, 256 MB RAM, GeForce2MX
(close all other windows to obtain the highest speed)

sword training => I can't find anything to "hit"
read the book =>?

other circumstances ( are you Rumanian perhaps)

3)The nude girl is from original DIABLO game (has nothing to do with my origin -Romania-)

what's new:
1) now you can smash some barrels (!)
2) cool walls textures
3) the first enemy: the FALL (he's very angry,but you can't kill him yet)
4) new cool sounds (for barrels and FALL)
5) general improvements (better engine)

2)"diagonally attack" not implemented yet (but soon !).
1) Take a look at that stupid FALL:
he's trying to escape from that corner but he's too dummy...ha ha ha
2) textured background
1) Game full controlled by mouse (movements & hits) !!
2) Diagonally attacks implemented !

is it actionscripts, java? C++? I dont know any of those but

The game sounds great---wish I had the means to try it. But to TiGRAN: we enjoyed your animations. Good drawing. Some of the pictures didn't animate, though. You might want to check them out. Qustion: how did you get control of my mouse so that it dragged all those letters around? Very funny!
Just expanding the maze and adding some portals and I've got a (huge) FLASH limitation.

Please tell me your system configuration (processor,RAM,Vcard) and if the game works faster enough.
If you can measure how many FPS you get it's better !

On my systems works fine only on a P4/1.7GHz,256 MB RAM,GeForce3Ti200 (!?!)

"Don't have the means" = my computer isn't P4 or quite that fast...but I thought, maybe I don't really need all that...anyhow, I went ahead to your movie---it's spooky! And all done in KoolMoves? Wow! I have to admit I actually don't know how these games are supposed to work, so I don't know if my slow connection or weaker computer had much effect.

First of all: Diablo FLA file not available for download (however it's over 2MB and use 5MB graphics & sounds for now)
Diablo FUN file may be available soon as KoolMoves has a "movie library" (probably this year).
What I need from you at this stage:
- your system configuration (processor,RAM,vcard)
- how works DIABLO on your machine (your opinion ...it's faster enough ?)

some of the pictures just dont have links, i did that page in the easiest way with the geocities page builder! you can add all those silly things. Anyways thanx for chekin it, but its like 4 years old, i have a new one.
oh and nacromanthus i played that game too its cool.
Hi nacomanthus, I looked at your game with a 1 Gz athlon, ordinary video card (Radeon ddr, I think). I think it all worked (the book, the open sarcophagus, the neat barrel-smash) but when the Hero walked around he didn't wave his swords, just held them---is that right? The little devil kept dancing it up. There's a sort of black block empty space (cliff?) on the left side. Then we tried to watch it on the 200 mz computer---ha! Of course everything was in slow motion, but the graphics were all really nice. In fact, my friend wanted to keep playing... Anyway, thanks for having such a helpful website!
