they made one of the best villains in cartoon history ever into a metal worm conglomeration of ugly bits and pieces.
I don't care if that thing flies. He's supposed to be a gun. A floating gun... dude that what Soundwave was for... he'd catch the gun and introduce kids to how to properly hold a gun... none of that to the side crap like now.
The old Megatron was the baddest dude... this looks like they just went with "oooh, we have some good 3D artists that can animate tons o' crap..."

he's a friggin' evil robot. he's programmed, self-entirely or not, to kill more things between the hours of 9am and 5pm than an army of psychopaths let loose on a country with nothing but soft-skinned people and no weapons.
He deals death. He's evil. That's what he's supposed to do. If you're named Megatron, you should kill everything in sight. It's in the name. If I were to name my child Conquer, he'd better kick all of the other kids out of the sandbox.
I'm seriously finding more reasons to possibly boycott this movie.
Yes... this is one thing I'm actually passionate about. Villainy is an art. Megatron never went "good guy". Darth Vader can't even claim that one.
