My old cat

Here are some photos I shot earlier today. It's my 10 year (or so) old cat. I found a few of the photos a bit funny:) (put a little whipped cream on the cat's nose)

I used the Canon EOS 400d with the standard 18-55 mm lens.

a very handsome cat...poor little guy almost looks cross-eyed in the last pic :)

I like the exposure in the first one the best, good tonal range. The other 2 look a little bright for me (at least on my monitor :) we all see every image posted here differently I think).

Thanks. Yes you may be right... I can't see any big difference on my screen, but I got them in RAW files so I can play a bit with the exposure:)

yeah looks like it could do with a level adjustment maybe in photoshop, but the second pic is great all the same :)

Yeah, crop #1 down from the top and it is a nice kitty portrait.

I cropped it and added a bit more contrast.
