I know! A lot of threads came up in adv search when I was looking for a hosting service myself over the wknd. So for anybody else looking at the subject and wanting to find more threads on web hosting do an advanced search, put "web hosting" in the search field and make sure it looks for web hosting in the titles of the thread.Quote:

[kick thread to top]I use brinkster, no ads and its a fair amount of space, 30 mbs if im not mistaken...only thing is it goes down kinda often for about a minute each time
crosswinds.net used to be good, but they have ads now and are uhh..well i'll just say "sub-par" since they deleted all my files for no reason and all they could say was "oops"

Man I Wish that Crosswinds waa up so i could get unlimited free space but at http://www.crosswinds.net/join it says new sign ups have been temporerarly stopped ya and that they would have on in day or two well i have a waited a month maybe they should take down the site and say correct things and even when you go to the front page of Crosswinds it still has the packages and when you click the sign up botton it takes you to the http://www.crossinds.net/join page that is down man now thats bad all i need is free unlimited space for my site now how much is that to ask.
http://www.ndo.com is a good free host that gives you a free name also
