A internet friend called up !!!
Over the years i have associated myself with various net friends , associates , work partners , customers , resellers and community (forum)members . I can proudly say that I have mostly good relations , except in rare cases when we have parted ways . But even then ,nothign has gone sour . But today something even nicer happened . I have had a american buddy for nearly over a 8-10 months now , since the time I had the Flashgear website . We always chat over MSN , argue fight , have fun , make fun over each other talk about business even , share design ideas etc . Like the normal i do with many other buddies .
Sudenly today he asked me for my phone number , i thought he wanted to FAX somethng in at first . :p
then he said , "goddamit, pick up the phone" . I was unexpecting it . I picked it up and we had a nice little chat over International calls !!
It felt real good. I mean , most of us live way away fromeach other with funny usernames and ID's . But talking one to one over phone is quite different . I know some of you guys have even met while traveling in one anothers cities , btu did any of you get a friend call you over International ? I mean Without Any Specific Neeed ,i.e . just to hear another persons voice ?
