Late for my own thread! For shame!
This shot was taken around 6-7 am as I was driving home from a night out on Halloween. I just had to pull over when I saw it. I have a few more shots of it that I will get around to some other time. Just finished getting my computer back up and running. Time for bed.
Enjoy.

I'll get the second shot as soon as I get my external hooked back up.
Sorry, I'm on the late bus.

Should have used a tripod, but I knew that by the time I got it out and set up, the moment would be gone...

Where do you live? I don't have any boobs in my skies!
Awesome post everyone! Now we just need to keep this up and have more regular post from now on. Now that I have my computer back up and running I have a lot of back editing to do so expect a lot of new stuff soon(ish)
Nice. Handheld?

Maybe that's what it is. A bit much on the sharpening.
Frex- Awesome mood and tones in that pic!
Woohooo, this is the first time I have successfully logged in in months. So here is my contribution. The shot of the person I can't take credit for but it is me and I like it. All taken in the Smokies 2 weeks ago. Clingman's Dome area.

I assume this is medium format film...though from the view of architectural photography I should say it needs some corrections as it has non parallel verticals, the car needs to be removed and the space for the lawn could be reduced
I have two then... :)
That road shot is great. Would have been awesome if you stepped back and got the whole curve in.
gees...I haven't seriously opened PS in over a month to edit. Still so much to do. But other things in life have been making that all take a back seat. Soon I hope I can work it all out and get back into it.
One more for today:

Nice comp! Loving that 24-70?
Nah - that was taken a while ago on my old 400d with kit lens. Wish I had had my 24-70 for that trip
Like I always say- people don't give that kit lens enough credit. Never used the newer IS version but the old kit lens that came with my 20D was decent.

3200 iso
A bit of detail for all you geeks. Scanned at 1200 dpi. The grain of the film almost looks like jpeg artifacts although they appear in the lossless copy also.
