Sim city-like game: How to make it?

Hello guys,

I would like to know if there is any library/framework that would help me to do a Sim city-like game (the old ones) in flash. Fake 3D, perspective camera, sprites walking around, resource management are the basics I need in my game.

You can try searching for different isometric libraries. I put in "as3 iso" in Google and got a ton.

As3isolib is probably a good place to start.
