Hold and scroll actionscripting

Hi all:

Small project attached (200 kb). Based on the tutorial that comes with FlashMX I created a scroll (see STAFF section specifically) - but it doesn't continue to scroll if the arrow buttons are pressed over, you have to click and click and click. I know I'm missing something obvious - hitting the arrow up/down key works just as I'd like. ???
