Disable Keyboard Shortcuts!!!

Hi,
i have made a flash exe file and an swf file, i have disable the menu on right click, but the user can still press ctrl and the arrow keys to move forward and backwards, what do i do to disable that too, in no way should he move forwards or backwards. Please Help
