well im knew to Flash but ive been at it for a while. well i made a animation with text and a moving shadow behind and blue lines... well after i publish(as a gif) so i can use it online on forums and stuff, it gives me something unexpected

heLLO flbo! i think your problem is that you didn't break apart the text that is why the text became distorted. :)
i get this same problem with text that has been broken apart tho. :/

your animation works perfectly when i published it in gif..:) how did you published your animation? may be the problem is in the publish settings..
