Anyone got burned by Registerfly

Well I did. My site was not renewed and was left in limbo (redemption) now I finally moved it to ENOM but guess what it has a price tag of 160$. After an arguments over the phone I was told that after another 30 days will cost me 50$. So I said how about I just let the name expire and buy it back for 9.99$ it comes out that if a name expires it will become property of ENOM and they can resell it (if they want to) to me for even higher price how cool that is.. :)
