if you don't mind it not being .com-- DotTK is offering free "yourname.tk" domains. You don't actually own the domain, and it basically would redirect to a site of you choice; but it is free.

if you want to register single domains you can try here. XnYnZ if you want any bulk domains you can get it from here. Goresellers.com both are unique in their own ways.
You should wait until threads are at least 10 years old before responding. These 9 year old threads are simply entirely too fresh.
