Upscaling Flash Animation Movie for Projector?

Hi there,

I'll be creating a Flash animation movie for a client who wishes it to be played on to a projector at one of their events, do you have any tips or advice for how I should go about creating it? should I use only Vector graphics I'm assuming? also would you guys charge additionally for this kind of thing?
