can not download attachments from flashkit forum

when i try to download attachment from flashkit forum

example

and looking to download the attachment

what i get is

a file clear.gif

so rather then downloading the file ButtonEventDispatcher.zip
what is downloaded is a file clear.gif.

can any one assist to resolve the issue.

That file was uploaded FIFTEEN YEARS AGO.... This site has been bought and sold a couple of times since then and apparently the files didn't get moved to the new owner.
