Best 3dsm book?

Hi, I want to start with 3d max4 and now im looking for a good book wich can learn me thing. I am a n00b at 3dsm although I did do alot with swift 3d. I am looking for a book wich wil learn me how to animate, model characters and making level desings, so basically everything you need to know for a game. I want a book wich is easy to understand (im dutch so englisch isnt my best so its gotta be a bit easy to understand)and will learn me all these thing in a good and 'easy' way.
