Looking for an old game - timetrek by Spooky and the Bandit

Hi,
the game was available here in the early 2000s:

I've contacted BT but they don't have the files archived, and I can't find a mention of the studio responsible for it,
anyone here knows about Spooky and the Bandit?

if the guys who were most likely to have a copy do not have it, your chances are pretty much 0
