How we create external text scroller or ticker with swishmax

I want to create a horizontal text scroller in swishmax 4 with an external text file...like

in text file

n number of text scroll

oh! thanks for the creation...but i need a horizontal news ticker like a News tv channel that scrolls bottom
can you make with the above files?? news ticker/crawler get news from txt file like 1line 2nd line 3rd, etc....
