(2) How to display different first frame AND Fullscreen question

1) My flv video fades in from black. I have autoplay set to false, so until someone hits the play button, the screen is black. Is there a way to display a different frame of the flv simply as the "holding" screen until the user hits the play button? I do not want to add a frame to the original avi movie though.

2) I've looked around the forum but can't find a Simple way to add a fullscreen option to the flv. I'm no flash guru - I'm using the skin templates that come with flash. I don't see a "fullscreen" component on any of the skins though, like youtube has on it's skins. Any "easy" ways to do this?
