problems loading image in datagrid using flex Actionscript

Hello Friends,

I need a small help in Flex 3 & I am using flexbuilder 4.

Using flex 3 actionscript, i am getting the data and loading in DataGrid. Now I have a headerText called "Status" and the values will be either "Up" or "Down". Now based on the status value, i want to load respective image. suppose if it is "Up", i want to load Up.png and etc.

I want to achieve this using Flex ActionScript, I know i have to do using Itemrenderers and i dont know how to use it in actionscript. I need solution little urgent.

your help will be appreciated.
