Go ahead and do it. The human body is something to be admired! Art students are cool too - they don't see you (the individual) but rather, an object (your body)
Who know's you may really like it and decide to go into nude modelling...ha ha ha...that could be your calling buddy!

but make sure they have good heating.
It can be pretty tiring too when you get into a pose that you are required to hold for some time. It's a challenge to be a good life model, be creative in your posing.

I really don't think any painting of you could be classed as art! Therefore it is my opinion that this is some underground porn company secretly luring in unfortunates, drugging them and then selling the movies for huge profits of which you will see none. Either that or it will just be a bunch of old grannies trying to fill in their retirement time by taking painting classes. Either way at least it gets you out of the house and off my boards!! :D Go for it!

I've been talking to the people more and it is still sounding good :) The woman has a class of 14 students. They all need to draw/paint several pieces for one exhibition.
That one exhibition will just be the work they produced with me (scary eh).
So I'll have a whole room full of me! (feed the ego)
Oh and I have to attend the opening party... which is nice...
I'm still not sure if I want to do it or not :D

I've been a student in life classes and posed a couple of times and one thing I've noticed is that in the drawings women tend to emphasize...ummm.... certain male parts and the guys emphasize certain female parts. Whether it's wish fulfillment, or because they are embarrassed for the model or completely subconcious I dunno.:)

I'd say a bit of all of the above. As a female, I found it much easier to draw a nude female form. At my classes in Nfld we always had more women though - the men were always chicken:)
