But no, i agree, they are very good pictures. What d'ya suppose they were created in???

heaveninyourhands is ruggers website..fullbleed is the company that draws pitt the character featured...as far as programs this is how it goes...
1..an artist draws them out by hand in pencil
2 another artist follows behind ands inks over the pencil drawing
3,.. scanned and colored in ...personally i've used photoshop..so i believe this is what they use for coloring

and the funny piece of paper..its a tag for the artist to sign their name..any other questions
