sure, But I think some of us live in different time zones. Then we all have to agree with a chat time that aint too late for us europeans, FOr example, I aint very creative at 02.00 at night...

I'm deffinately in - pope i thought that was the case but i decided the tip toe approach was better than just marching in :) thanks
i might not be able to make the first few so is there any other way i can get the info like if someone keeps the chat session on a file so i can see what people asked and what answers were given etc - i'll join in later though - modem and isp problems at the moment :(

I think it would be good for this site to have a chat section where ppl can chat and ask things to each other. maybe the boards will get less posts because ppl preffer to visit taht chat but i think it would be handy in this case of asking questions.. then you could join in the chat at any time and just see if the guy your looking for is there. otherwise leave.. ;)

Ok First class will be as soon as I get back from Flash Forward 2000. We will be talking about basic design. First class will deal with basic art elements and terms. this way we all know what each other is saying and why. There will be some kind of exercise to practice the elements taught in the lesson. Well i like the idea about these tutorials and like i said before i'm not online at home currently but i'm going to use this upcoming weekend to get connected and sort out a huge 14foot desk right the way along one wall so hopefully i will be able to chat on flashkit and answer and ask Q's for about 18 hours of the day (i stay up late quite a lot) so when your thinking about setting a date to start or you set a date give me a buzz on my e-mail and i'll join in (if everything goes as planned :) give me a warning if you can though

For your chat you could use IRC, that way you could send file and it would be easier to moderate the chat. I would be interested in helping with the discussions and questions. What would we be talking about mostly? Basic stuff or intermediate or what?
