Everything looks pretty good, nice colors, nice layout.
Don't however like the way you leave the site for your portfolio, works in some instances, but in this case I think in needs to be all in the movie..Or loaded movies into your main..The "aqua buttons", loose those, they don't fit in with the rest of the site..All vector work then you have those buttons?
Also the navigation could be better defined.. Labled and such..
Nice flash work though man, looks like you have some time invested..
The prolem is i design the web site and added the portfolio as an after thought, I tried to do load movie instead of po-up but it didn't line up properly and going back to the origional portfolio screen didn't work. I think if anything for the pop-up it should'nt fade in. agree on the aqua buttons, took a shortcut instead.

The news section looks like it could fit on one screen without scrolling if it was a tiny bit wider, but I'm thinking you're probably using the scrolling feature because in the future there will be more news? If not, why not eliminate the scrolling and fit the content on the screen?
I am not a fan of pop-up windows, in general..
I like the walking people in the intro and the other fun things you have throughout the site.
