It's nothing personal, it's just Times New Roman is horrible to look at and read, and this lessens the impact of what is otherwise a visually stimulating site.
I didn't have much time to look at your site (but I did check out ALL the tit flashes, and thanks) I didn't really notice very much flash beyond the small movie on the first page. The font just needs to be a little thicker so it's not so challenging to the eye muscles, if you are set on times new roman maybe simply put it in bold? Also, on some of the pages the opening description is quite long and filled with what I would call "rambling". It isn't terrible to read or anything, but short and sweet is the secret to holding your viewers attention. Nice site though, and if I had more time i'd check out more than your tit collection.
