1" thick. And the chips run a lot cooler than the "burn your crotch off" PC chips.

*sigh*
lugging 17 inches round all day everyday is a neverending struggle
:(

lol
a
I love my ORIGINAL 15 in PB.
17inch? Maybe if someone gave one to me. I wouldnt buy one though. unless I collect enough change in my sofa and truck seat.
Might as well carry a monitor in your backpack.
But hey, thats only my 2 cents
what's the price on one of those?? sounds real cool!! i got 30$ off of BESTBUY... maybe i can get one of those :D
best buy doesn't sell Apple products other than the iPod. but it's 3299.00.
yep... I want it too.
hmm.....can you install windows xp instead of that crappy OS the macs have??????
JUST KIDDIN :D
You disapper off to wherever it is that you go and then when you do decide to return, all you have to give is 'I want a MAC'?Quote:
That's it? That's all? Jeez - Let me get my checkbook so I don't have to listen to this anymore.
;)
Sheesh! Now I want a bloody mac! Damn you aversion!!! *shakes fist* :)
The way your machine's running, a Speak'n'Spell's looking pretty good right now.Quote:

isn't it beautiful? One inch thick with such a lovely screen, it's still lighter and easier to carry than the bulky PC laptop you'd need to match the power, never mind the screen :)
*shakes pc laptop*
I'm starting to miss NerdInside - he'd break the monotony of this thread by insisting you install Linux.
hehehe... SHAKES FIST HARDER!!!!! ;)Quote:

I'll not warn you again what might happen if you shake that fist any harder.
 :mrpimp:
yeah, the 17" is nice and all, but I am more interested in the 12", I just need something for testing, and something easy to haul around and impress the clients with, this would definatly do the trick :) plus, its a mac, and they make good programs for free! :D

maybe an etch-a-sketch instead?
I would like to have that little Mac. :)
Burn your crotch off PC Chips? Not as bad as having your entire laptop go up in flames while working on it (which was a problem with a few models of mac laptops).Quote:

They are tasty little numbers but I just can't get used to laptop keyboards :D
Seen the ambient light sensing stuff?
They've got two ambient light sensors which fade in fibreoptic backlighting for the keyboard automatically as a room gets darker...cool stuff :D
