I like them both very much! But I agree with most of the posters here, take the first one. In the end you make sites for visitors and not for the company who hires you. Second one could feel too creepy an strange for a lot of people.
I find the left space on the corporate design a bit of a waste, if you don't fill that in.
Saw you made both 1000 px. I did use the same width once, but found out that users with 1024x768 could get a horizontal scroll bar. The 24 px should be no problem, but it is. So I would make it 990 px to be sure.
I'm looking forward to look at the final site! Also curious how many time this project will take you.

i like the layout.... the music fits this nicly, only thing i would have to worrie about is the drag menu, not everyone will see that i didnt at first.... so tweak things a little bit and i am intresting in seeing what you got in a few weeks (added to fav's) good luck

well... for layout i like number 1, its easy to navigate and you dont get lost. with 3 i felt a bit lost and didnt find the drop down menu for a while.
most probs coz i was too busy looking at the imagery
now that said, i love the theme of number 3, its powerful, commanding, and gives the brand a sense of leadership.
considering its the russian revolution i think its a great thing... it gives me a sense that this company are revolutionising the marketing game... that what they do is completely different to everyone else.
the constructivst/russian avant-garde theme to the image really does give a sense of determination.
the Bolshevik regimes main interest was industrial power... this is spot on in my opinion.
go with 3, but i dont like the layout... i really like the layout of number 1, but the trick would be bringing the russian industrial revolution into the year 2003 without making it look like a russian techno site.
i look forward to seeing the next stage
