Okay first what I don't like:

The Cursor- I hate when someone replaces the cursor with an image or adds an image onto it. I know its ur logo or whatever, but it really ticks me off.

Navigation/Buttons- Are there any buttons? I have been on the site for a minute already and I can't seem to find them.

Middle Design Logo- What does it say? Very difficult to read.

Matrix Text and THX sound effect- Matrix text is kind of dumb on your load, find another font. The THX sound effect is cool sort of. Although I expected something small to get very big when I heard the noise. Anyways, are you even allowed to use that sound legally? I don't know, but I would probably get rid of it.

Things I like

Color Scheme- I like it. Its clean and simple. Nice job!

3d Graphic Box- It's cool, although I think you should have it explode, it just looks like it turns into tiny boxes.

Logo- I like the z3. It looks slick and

cool thnx yes there are alot of buttons after the intro...i actually dont like the intro...hmmm iwanna change it but ill see after what other people say....thx i dont really know if i can use it i dont care peeps use dmx, 50 cent, etc songs im using this one. the logo was a combo of metallica font and load font. i dunno y u dont like the matrix font...also with the logo...that says z3 only its really alphaed because i have z3 everywhere and i didnt want that big one to stand out too much....but thnx for the comments...ill try to change the cursor to another custom only not an image. btw, i just fixed the double movies...

Your layout is small. Perhaps you could bump up the size just a bit.

You're buttons are hard to read, along with the text at the bottom.

Work on the axis of rotation on the cube. It just doesn't look believable. If you have access to Swift3d, use that to make the cube and rotate it.

I don't like how I had to click again to enter after it loaded. That's just annoying. If that's supposed to be your splash page, its pointless. You've stated no requirements or alternative sites. So what's the point of it?

interesting...i notice on some peoples browsers the fotns are perfectly readable...but i made this ona 800X600 resolution so if urs is higher then that might be the reason....also, i should state some system requirements and best resolution and maybe a flash plugin check?? yea thnx for the critiques

Are you using GTA and Halo fonts also? Make the font size bigger, its hard to read. Also, change your font on your mission statement. Make it easier to read.

Oh and what's the point of the ADMIN CP? Is it for clients?

The buttons are good, I like the "go" thing. You need a loader though.
