Since the F in your last name is capitalized, do you want to do the same with you first name.
no, I've never capitalized my first name my whole life. it was purposely spelled with a lower case.
First off, are there any copyright issues with the Chilly Willy character?
As far as the design goes, personally I would like to see less contrast in the background behind your name. As it is it's a bit hard to read.
Is your email and web site address the only contact info you want on there, or did you remove it for posting purposes? If you don't want to include your physical address, most people will want at least a telephone number.
You might want to make the "F" in Farrell lower case as well just for consistency's sake. Right now no one knows that you have never capitalized your first name and it just looks like a mistake. A business card is kind of like a joke, if you have to explain it to people it's not very good. :)
This one is just my opinion, but I think you should use the same font for the text on the bottom of the card that you use for your contact info.

do you mean more contrast?
My telephone number is always changing, and I can't get a cell yet, so no I'm not putting a phone number on
Thanks for your opinion
I dunno if you left it off on this version because you are posting it on the web...but how about a phone number on there somewhere??
I think it looks good. The only "negative" thing I was thinking was do you really need to have both "full flash sites" and "flash presentations" on there? Couldnt you combine the two somehow and then you would have more space to add a new, different statement that tells about another part of your talents?
good job

I knew I should have clarified that. :) I meant less contrast in the background which would give you more contrast for your name, which needs to stand out a little more in my opinion.Quote:

would "multimedia flash design" include both "full flash sites" and "flash presentations" or what do you suggest?
I know what your saying, like put a white filter over the image, increaseing the the contrast.
hows this, I added a 20% briteness to the blue bg area.
I think that does sound better..yes.Quote:

My point is that it seems a shame to list 2 things that are basically saying the same thing (that you do Flash design) on such prime real estate as a business card..like I said, it would give you room to list an additional, separate service....
what other "additional, separate service...." could I add?
?"site developement"
hows this phenomenalCat
Well I can't really answer that...I don't know what else you do :)
How about something like logo design or corporate identity...if you do that sort of thing of course.. :)
Just a thought.
that looks good too..
Im not sure if I can tell you what else to put there, but do see the point I am trying make? I am just trying to help you get the most bang for your buck :)
yeah I can do all that stuff, I'm kind of liking how just 3 of them looks. or does it make it look like I don't do much?
thanks phenomenalCat
Hi i find the orange of the hat quite dull (will be even duller when printed) also i dont really like the U in productions (mb its just me)
u do need a phone number on there, its like a car salesman who does nt have a car lot, 2 years guarantee ?..... i'll b back
i presume this will be a full colour CYMK card ?
bp
any suggestions on how to make the orange ness dull
I explained earlies about the phone number, I know your point is really good, I just don't want to waste money printing one number, then move to a new number.
The U, yeah i know, its the font the first time i saw it i thought it was a v.
Thanks for you input.
What program are you making this in?
