nice and smooth, you've got a good colour scheme there. My only suggestions would be 1) the tree behind the window needs a bit of work- looks too simple and takes away from the more professional look of the site and 2) the green line that seperates the top part of the page from the bottom doesn't look right- try making it blue or brown or a less noticable colour.

Thanks for your comments/suggestions. Does the tree really standout that much that you notice it's detail? Or are you zooming in and then giving a critique on it? I was hoping that peple wouldn't focus in on it that much and really just think, "Damn it's raining outside, let's relax indoors on that futon!"

The green line represents carpet. My intention was that the background for the site would actually be other floors of the house but faded more. Unfortunately due to time constraints/budget I couldn't do all of it.

Well, let me put it this way- the animated rain outside is going to grab people's attention, and if they choose to look at it closer, they'll probably think 'that tree looks rugged'. I might be being picky but compared to that smooth pendulum right next to the window, that tree looks rugged- if you make the trunk look a little more detailed, I'm sure it'd look better. Ofcourse it's up to you- I'm just writing what I think :)
