Simple and clean, a good layout overall and good use of text with the bolding of every second line. The right-side of the box image definitely needs attention- it's way stretched.
I'm at work, but when I get home I'll rip your site apart.

not enough graphics maybe... I tend not to say that.. but the most interesting part of your site was the splash page of mag clippings...
I didn't even read the text as there was nothing on any of the pages to keep me interested...
Your nav took me 3 seconds to find.. (should be quicker) It does not pop out to the viewer.. it should be a more dominant aspect of the page.
Ok, I'm back. Starting w/ the splash...
1. The ransom type is great - great concept, however I don’t think you followed through as well as you could have. Personally, actually cutting the words out of a mag then scanning and cleaning it up would give you that true random feel.
2. The background is strong, the logo is strong - it’s professional and clean. Job well done.
3. The drop shadow on the faux paper is WAY to dark - just looks cheesy and overdone. A softer shadow would work.

1. You messed up a good formula - don't change the logo and contact info - leave it on the bottom in stark white just like the splash page.
2. Your and ad company - words are strong, but images sell the farm. You have some really good portfolio work - sell us from the beginning. Yes some wit is nice, especially when your entrusting someone to sell your company, but I want to see visually what kind of things you can do for me and my company.
3. The Nav is horrible - plain and simple. It does nothing for the user, has absolutely no contrast. The sad thing is, if YOUR users stayed long enough they would see your EXELLENT portfolio, unfortunately, 92% of all web users say that they most often leave a site due to poor navigation. Its not that its hard to figure out, its just small and hard to see. Not to mention one has to turn there head to the side to read it. Yuck.
For now, that’s what I have to say. Incorporate your portfolio pieces more with the site, use some photos, some slight color and focus on design and layout.
