First off, the proper link.
Second...this site is (for the most part) an abomination.
1) Look at the "poll" -- Our new online presence rocks? Y/N AREYOUKIDDINGME? Why on earth would a respected real estate firm want to know if their online presence "rocks?" *sigh*
2) The images are underexposed - this is a real estate firm - wouldn't you want super rich, vibrant pics?
3) That javascript? scroller at the bottom of the page stinks of rotten CHEEEEEEZE.
4) The colour scheme...blue on blue on blue on blue is very last decade.
5) Dead links. For example: this one which can be reached by clicking Seller on the top bar, then Concierge on the left bar. Poor.
Overall, in my opinion, this looks like the work of a high school kid making his/her first site that has anything to do with the professional world. Amateurish work at best.

The homepage is all over the place, there's light blue links on a white bg, I don't see any real need in the flash nav, colour scheme looks wrong, and I don't like the fonts used. Apart from that it's not bad.
4 out of 10.
If you're on a mac, don't bother looking at it with Mozilla. It doesn't load up properly at all.
I'm on a mac, and using Camino. That's maybe why the index is all over the place.
I hate it when people build websites that don't support macs or support Firefox, Camino, Safari, Opera, and any of those non-IE browsers. In my opinion just seems very unprofessional.
Many moons ago I used to build mainly for IE and then check other browsers for mistakes in the display.
Nowadays I do it completely the other way around, IE comes last, and every site since has been fine.
