I've made a site that I think would be better off on a CD. It's a rendered room that you can move about in. I've broken it up into several smaller movies, but my main movie is still 2 megabytes! I've tried importing all the movement in as video, but ended up with even larger sizes and lesser quality.

Ah, yeh, there is no secret area yet. I was going to make it the mouse hole, but I haven't put anything cool in there yet.
There seems to be a lot of wasted video (i.e. when the palm piloy thing zooms, you could save as a png and just move, with a litttle blur, and scale it.
Allow the swf file to play after an 80% (or so) load.
Change the load bar.....ahhhhh it so newbie.
What are you using to compress the video? At what settings?
It really doesn't look like it should be 2+ mb's?
