ok it was not so hard to do this. simple in each movie of slides
bl =getBytesLoaded;
root.dbg = bl; etc. etc
I try to do this to show people with low speed of internet how long have to wait for next foto to be loaded. It is necessary and polite(I think) especially when in galerry are more than 50 fotos and each is over 15kB heavy.

Maciek.
...after 5 min.
Ups. Sorry it doesnt work still, but i'm trying...

Hi
Is this you want?...
http://www.sagos.pt/TESTES/photo_slide_show/
If yes, please watch attached file...
Or you want something like this?...
http://www.sagos.pt/TESTES/slideshow2/
Or this one?... Click "Fotos/Fotos"...
http://www.sagos.pt/TESTES/anim_site/
This approaches are better then slideshow element, because in my opinion, it's more difficult you get read photo loaded bytes inside a silideshow element, from a main.

Helo
This way on this site is most impressive i think (http://www.sagos.pt/TESTES/slideshow2/). And when the fotos are bigger will it wait with changing them? I will look closer this firs one (attach file) for a while, any way thanks for help again.
P.S.
By the way, my girlfriend has started to ask me for a new sweater (when she saw this)... thx a lot :)
Cheers

your reply
The slideshow starts loadind jpgs.
As the 1st. one is loaded, show it, immediatly, for user can see something and not wait for all.
Next, starts loading others.
If jpg 2 is loaded and if is passed 3 seconds, fade out jpg1, fade in jpg2,if not, continue showing jpg1 until next be loaded.
And the same untill last one.
Cheers

OK. This was a litle shock for me. I realize that I'm a babychild in flash.
It was almost what a tried to do :) - because i just needed start some foto immediately (like you sad"for user can see something" ) so i called function loadJpg just at the beginning. Nothing special but now its ok.
Greetings
