the shakeing window is kind of annoying I think, but it's not a big deal. Whats more annoying is the logo that never stops moveing. circles and movement draw the eye.
Overall I love the look and feeel of your site. It's clear you put some time into the design. I would rethink the load bar in the music section. it's a small thing, but you may be able to make it mesh with the rest of your design better.
I love that pick of the kid who looks half asleep.
