Man! I feel like there is something wrong with this layout when I look at it but I can't figure out what it is...I think Ive been looking at it too long...maybe you'all can help me out. :confused:
The imagery on the hompage will be a flash movie (the picture is just a placeholder).
Anything about the design in general will help too...thanks ahead of time.

nothing "POPS"...
althoug you are using netural colors such as your grey and one "highlight" color..your highlight color is too "bland"..the blue is too pale/muted. I wold maybe work in some other shades of blue for headers/titles..etc..etc.
also I would work on some typo..not only in your graphic work...but even in the basic HTML text..underline, bold, italisize some things... give emphasis where needed as well as titles..etc..etc..
playing with font size and weight with-in the same family works fine.
also your naigations (both top and left) do nothing...top one gets lost in the site..and the left is (again).."blah"... while you do use some sort of rollover effect to give visual recognition of interaction (which is good)...when not in use, it does noting to draw the target in. Should bea focal point of the site...while not loud of busy enough to take away from the content, should be easily dechiperable from the rest of the site.
some OPINION suggestion..by no means the best or the absolute way for anything.
a.) use differnt bullet points..some sqqat, bolder, maybe an arrow (triangle type) or just circles. also try different font weights/sizes
b.) top nav bold it up..maybe even a size or two up....a visual "section" or divide will help locate & seperate this..evan as something as simpel as a line or darker bg color for that row.
c.) banner/image needs to have more to the right of it..not bare like that, with the "ZERO DOWN LOAN" text needing LIFE...some typo is needed here, its needs to POP..and be reason to give you guys a try..not hidden and blended in.
d.) the house to the left of the "guy" I like it..I dont think it needs to be faded out like that.or opacity turned down..I actually think the greens and vibrant colors will help your site some...
e.) the "guy" image... also fine..but maybe NOT cut off his head..and have it overlap/overlay the section..will give your site some "depth"
maybe some sort of "include" footer...and this will be an ok site.

Nice use of css, the site is professional and graphicaly sound. I like it good job!
the only criticism i see, is that stuff loses its alignment with Firefox/Netscape browsers, i attached a screenshot so you can see what i mean...:zombie:
thanks for the heads up...I fixed the header so that it render correctly in fire fox but i'm having issues with the shadow gradient "gap"...
