Looks like all their top designers left. This site looks like a very poor attempt at the FI site.

I agree. WG never had any good designers IMO. Look at some of the stuff in their portfolio, most of it looks so...amateurish and unprofessional. I dont like their style, leaves you feeling incomplete. Their sites feel incomplete too.

I don't believe this! Whatever happened to their previous site!? It was waaay better than this one. Again, their first version rocked and I'm sure even now it'd stand out. It's a pity they just slapped FI's layout there. I liked them better off the way they were. Also, the fonts don't suit at all IMO.

actually you can still access their v1.0 http://www.widegroup.net/broadband/menufull.htm thank god. This site is what made me like these guys in the first place. :thumbsup:

That's the broadband version. Im talking about the no-frills version. One of the most professional designed sites of the time back then.

I had never heard of these guys before, but thankyou for posting the original site link - even if it was the BB version, updating this site to me this is nothing short of sacralidge, talk about taking a step backwards.

Their original site rocks!!!

Their new site sucks!!!

Such a shame.
