Looking for site: no click interface

I lost some bookmarks and am trying to rebuild some examples.
I stumbled upon a website within the last few months that was a flash site with an interface without the need to click. You rollover to activate the link. At the begining of the site, it opens with a simple set of instruction on how to use the site.

Anyone have any ideas of what the url may be?
