i don't know what all the commotion is about. i thought women have a strong presence in the web design world... including flash. the art director who i work under, kicks butt in flash and she's a woman. actually, there's a good number of women where i work doing some flash. a bunch of places i had interviewed were filled with women too! man, i like this field now that i think about it! ah well. sorry, what was the topic of this thread again?
