I think the large images of the buildings with the reflected clouds [cool!] is a great 'hook' to get the viewer to find out more about you.

The blue text in the sections might be more appealing to read if it was similar to the blue in the logo, or dark grey. That blue just seems out of place; same with the nav text, the light blue seems weak for what the company does.

The submenus work well on the left, and I really like the Email section with the personal rollovers... but the head shots look 'unfinished' being sharply clipped at the bottom. Maybe fade the bottom of the pic or visually anchor them somehow.

The options in the Resume section are good. You might want to indicate that the 'Print' is of a PDF.

All the elements in the Project section are good as well; but you might want to try integrating the overall look a bit more to reflect the structural engineering expertise of the company... the nav and info boxes end up looking like afterthoughts rather than part of the structure.

I think it's a great site with good transitions and well thought-out elements, but lacking in the sense of an overall structural integrity holding all those elements together.

Overall, great job!

I agree with a lot of what you mentioned. i'm gonna take a look at the design again. i'm definately gonna fade out the email pics like you suggested (great idea). thanks again for the comments.
