nope the main movie will not preload the external .swfs

go to your keyframe 15 and group the please and enter text together.
for some reason flash automatically groups the text on the first keyframe if you right click on it. and select motion tweening.

try right clicking on your flash movie in the embedded html doc and select high quality.
