shouldnt a flash file work for both mac and pc? the scroller im using works in flash on my pc and and on my mac, but doesnt work in a browser on my mac. what gives? any help here???? ...

In desperate need of help. Have a Text box scrolling with the universal Scroller and it scrolls fine within Flash when testing Movie, but when it is run in a browser the Scroller handle moves around...

yes,on all computers it simply does not work in a browser.
Again, this is the universal scroller found on flashkit. even when it is not modified and published as is it wont function in a browser....

It is that very scroller!!!!!! but others as well...when you test the movie clip (scene) it is flawless, but when testing movie,.......nada.

ok, pasted a text scroller into mc and works beautifully when i test scene.....but not when i test movie. The scroller appears but does not fuction. this happens with any type of scroller...what...

whats with the hand select tool in flash 5. unlike flash 4 you get a hand select tool to select with a motion tween.can you not select a single frame within a tween? what gives?

not sure what youre using for to make the gif...but in photoshop,fireworks....there is an option (when exporting) to preserve transparency. this drove me nuts once too!!!! I hope this helps.....let...

well, i not exactly sure what your up to but......i would suggest making a buttuon that has load/unload movie actions. no need for browser back buttons.
