the colors thingie is cool.
what you need to do is track the mouse x location.
say your slider clip is 500 pixels long.
...and say you got 100 frames of animation.
use a movie clip 'on...

not sure if that last reply was what you wanted or not.
i am not aware of any opacity sensitive standard features to work with your tablet pen in flash or any plugins either.

../:mousex2 = getProperty("", _x) + 145;

if your visitors are not smart.
[and we have to assume they are not]
then...we cant assume they know what flash is an whether or not they have it for that matter.
so we need to detect if they have...

video is made at 29.97 fps [ntsc] and 25 fps [pal] typ.
there is really no need to exceed this rate.
i still say 'good luck' getting your flash movie to actually 'play' at these rates. 120 fps is...

are you detecting flash plugin on your welcome page?
it doesnt sound like it.
generally this requires using flash.
although there may be a way to detect without flash.

you question is understood.
i have an idea.
[i say this since i have never had to do what you are asking]

generally 12 fps is ample.
the human eye doesnt really need much more. [in my non-scientific opinion]
and more importantly...the average cpu will not process much better than this anyway.
and your...

[this is an ie only feature]

the first part is to create an icon.
this is more than making a bitmap [.bmp] image and changing the file extension to...

if there is no user interaction...then why dont you just use 'stream' so that sync is good and make all the 'scenes' part of one movie on one timeline.
dont use flash 'scenes'.
[no breaks in the...
-

this will in effect slice the sound up into tiny pieces...one piece per each frame of your movie.
so in...
