I really can't compress them without losing to much more than I am willing to give up. These images all started out as 700k images, and to reduce them any further would.... well suck......

You are correct. Swish loses any actionscripting, when you import.

That is what I was afraid of. I only thought of this problem after I have built this bloody thing to the point that the .swi is almost 1.2 Megs... I think I am going to have to start from scratch and...

Can't be done with Swish - Flash MX can do it.... much complication though..... I do believe that Swish v3 will have some of this type of functionality.
