- more secure (can handle high volume traffic)
- better performance
- better protection of files

In that case, can anyone recommend any good services/web hosts/tutorials/resources on how to create a true streaming video app. with flash?

I've heard a lot of varied things about mx 2004 and streaming video. But bottom line, is it possible to have "true streaming video" without the use of Flash Communication Server using Flash MX 2004...
