Im doing a navigation in flash,

trying to get the buttons to load html docs in another frame

but im not able to get it to open in the other frame, it open in a new window instead,...

1st Q: cant really help u there.- border round a html popup or?

xport ur images from PS in .png format thatll keep the masking ( i think ).... just turn off ur background.

About the input text-...

put the sound in a 2frames MC, put the sound in the first frame as event. add two buttons on and off,( in both frames if u like )the "on" button shouldt go to frame 1 and stop,in the "off" put:

just create a input textfield, then drag drop the scroll bar on the text field and viola u have a scroll bar for the field.

Hi..really nice that objects are usable on masklayers, but when i try and duplicate MC on masklayer it doesnt work??.. is it just me or doesnt masklayer suppert duplicateMC??

use pixelfonts.. they usually come in a specific size that u have to use them in, like 6 or 8 points, u have to place them on round pixelnumbers , not 5,5 px but 5 or 6, then u shouldt get crisp...

create a button, create a movieclip, name your movieclip ( anymovieclip or whatever u want )
ad this action on your button

....you have some nice ideas and the site well done, maybe have a look at your rollovers, your portfolio rollover is not aligned completly....in general, align your navigational system...

Im not shure if yout talking about offline or online?...
but if your offline: use the FS command to open the exe file

U couldt try not to load into a target but streight to the the scene, then just make the movie u wanna load in, the same scene size as the main movie....hope it helps..

i didnt get it to work when trying to lod random swf's, but i cheated my way around it....hehe...
