You could make a colored circle and put a white glow into it with the Radial Gradiant tool then motion blur the whole thing.

In the hue/saturation window you can also click the "colorize" box and make the entire graphic one color. You can adjust the sliders to get the right tone.

I take the image (or the type) and bring it into Photoshop. I use the motion blur filter to blur the image the amount and the direction that I want. It's best if you do this on a background that's...

I created a site that loads external swf files with simple scrolling text on a background at level 1 in the main movie. We've gone through a pretty extensive testing phase, but of course ONE guy is...

The site is very straightforward... main flash movie that uses a "go to and play" to change different background images and load external swf files. Simple, but there's a very weird problem... the...

I think if you used the ifFrameLoaded action and combined it with a gotoAndPlay making the animation skip to the next frame for each loading step showing the technical drawing seem to build, it would...

On this site I'm working on, I'm using text in a dynamic text box that loads into another dynamic text box that scrolls. I got the code for this one from the "Flash site workshop" book and it works...

Right now I'm making a projector where the basic information will be displayed in an 800x600 pixel area, fixed-size and fullscreen. I want some graphic elements to bleed off the sides and I can be...

I've mostly done fixed size, fullscreen projectors, but I wish I could think of a way to eliminate that border with out making it scalable. It's so limiting design-wise.
I wonder what would...
