what is the frame rate your running at, try upping it a few at a time to see if it will run faster and smoother.

Click on the image you want to change, click the shape tab, you will see the image, double click on the image a search box will pop up, you can now change the image...

If you have an unregistered version, then it will scramble the tevt and change the pics to b/w. you need to register it
