You have to use the getURL action.
In URL you put the page you want to see and in Window you put the name you gave to the frame.

You're right, but Swish saves you a lot of time and energy.

In Flash you can motion tween it letter by letter and I think you can do it with actionscript but how I don't know.

Ok, I found them. I can open the smoke effect as a library, no problem.
The electric file is a problem, it is a .bin file, you can not open it with Flash.

Well, 10 pages is a lot to put in Flash. Personally I would integrate it in HTML. I've never tried to import 10 pages so I can't help you there.

When you take a look at the source of the site you will see that they used a whole lotta Javascript.
No Flash involved here.
You can find scripts like that on http://www.javaboutique.com I guess.

If the clips you downloaded are .fla you can do the following:

Opene the project you're working on and select:
- file
- open as library
Choose the .fla you want.
Flash opens the library of...

I'm probably stupid but when I try it I get a blank screen.
