when i checked my website off my friends laptop, the masks i'd created in the flash header didn't work and in the menu bar, none of the buttons were visible. i concluded that he a had a dodgy...

it's amazing how i spent ages trying to work it out, but it was only when i finally resorted to post on here about it, that i worked it out.

i just installed flash 8, but unlike with MX. when i open the flash site and click on links on the buttons, it will not access urls which aren't in the same location as the site itself.

I don't know, that looks good though! you could create the same effect by using the background and alligning it so that it's seemless and appears transparent. so long as u don't compress the jpeg...

i want to import a flash movie into flash. but i want to keep it as a movie, not for it import all the seperate componants and all the vectors etc. just the plain movie, in the same way which you can...
