all the programs your trying to run are located inside a folder called fscommand. (ex. ...mydisc\fscommand\Presentation.exe) That should do it.

Whoa that's wierd... I've never run into that problem. have you tried to convert the video before importing. That's worked with other issues for me. Say if it's an .Mpeg try converting it to a .avi...

What version of flash are you using? With 8 i can just go to File > import > import video... and go from there. what other issues are you having?
